House rules and prohibited items

Unless expressly permitted in writing by the organizer, any commercial use of the event name or logo, or the artist's name, is strictly prohibited.

Please note as a staff member that events may be filmed. If there are film or TV recordings, you may appear on camera.

Staff and visitors are requested to arrive at the hall on time, not to bring luggage, (large) handbags or (back)packs, and to cooperate properly with any requests from security.

It is forbidden to enter our halls with bottles, cans, alcohol, audio recording devices, film and photo cameras, fireworks, and objects that may pose a safety risk. Abuse will be prosecuted by law.

Staff members serve as role models for visitors and are expected to comply with instructions from security and other personnel.

Only smartphones equipped with a photo function are tolerated. Photography or filming during events is not allowed unless otherwise determined by the organizer.

There is an ABSOLUTE BAN ON SMOKING in our halls.

Smokers may leave the building to smoke a cigarette upon presentation of their ticket. The ticket barcode will also be scanned upon re-entry.

Please respect the property and the nighttime peace of our neighbors.

As a staff member, you endorse be.at’s sustainability policy and make every effort to achieve its objectives. Waste must be sorted correctly. Make an effort not to leave any litter in or around our halls.
