After you book a be•at VIP Experience, the be•at hospitality team will do everything in its power to ensure that your VIP Experience runs smoothly so you can enjoy an unforgettable evening.

The be•at VIP Experience in practice

Ordering your tickets

• You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after your online reservation and payment. If you need an invoice, you can request one through the link in the confirmation e-mail. Be sure to enter the correct e-mail address, and don’t forget to check your spam folder.

• Around 3 weeks before the event, you will receive an e-mail saying your tickets are available in your be•at VIP Experience account. You can download them on your smartphone or e-mail them directly from the platform to your other guests. You do not need to print the tickets. Our scanners can read the QR codes on the screen.

Before and after the show

• With your VIP parking pass, you and your guests have access to the VIP parking spaces. For the events in our theaters, we work with paying parking lots, for which we will provide the necessary vouchers and tickets.

• Upon entering our cozy VIP lounge, you and your guests will receive a VIP wristband which will give you easy access to the VIP area for the whole evening.

• Depending on the number of be•at VIP tickets ordered, you might share a table with other guests in the VIP lounge. We reserve the right to place multiple reservations at one table if necessary. Parties of 20 or more will have a reserved space at their disposal.

• Unless otherwise specified during your order, you and your guests can savor some hors-d’oeuvres, a walking dinner, and a dessert. During the course of the evening, you can enjoy the open bar by ordering drinks from our servers. When available, you can also pay for a bottle of champagne or liquor.
  We will alert you on time if you deviate from the catering formula provided.

• Be•at is proud to work with renowned caterers Amalthea, Gusto, Atelier V, Bert & Co, and Very Food.

During the show

• You must show your ticket when entering the venue itself. The ticket shows your seat and row number. Our staff will be happy to help you to your seats.

• The allocation of the seats is done in order of reservation. By postponing seating, add-ons to reservations can still be seated together.

• You will be seated in the most expensive category of seats, unless stated otherwise.

Be•at VIP Experiences and Fan Packages

Please note! There is a difference between the be•at VIP Experience and the Fan Experience.
The be•at VIP Experience is offered by be•at.
The Fan Packages (such as Early Entry Packages, Soundcheck Packages, Hot Seat Packages, etc.) are offered by the artist or organizer.

Your be•at VIP Experience account

If you are ordering a be•at VIP Experience for the first time, you will be asked to create a login and a password. You will then receive an e-mail with a link asking you to confirm your account. You can access this account whenever you want. However, your be•at VIP Experience tickets will only be available about three weeks before the event.
